What is life like 4 years after my ischemic stroke? Well, for those who don't know my story I had my ischemic stroke while I was sleeping. I woke up not able to move half of my body. I had a blood clot aka Ischemic stroke in the right side of my brain and affected the left side of my body. I was paralyzed in the left side of my body.
